A few weeks ago, we held our annual Company Day - an important occasion in our calendar that allows us to not only reflect on the achievements of the past year but also to align as a team on our goals for the year ahead.
One of the most special moments was announcing our Employees of the Year for FY24-25 - Bethany Sands and Peter Quach!
Both individuals have consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a strong alignment with our company values of trust, integrity, collaboration and to be our best. Their contributions have had a meaningful impact on our team and our broader business, and we are incredibly proud to recognise their efforts with this well-deserved accolade. As part of this recognition, both Peter and Bethany received a $1,000 reward to invest in a development initiative of their choice.
