International Women's Day
About
At Mentholatum, we recognise the importance of International Women’s Day and the contribution women make to driving our business. We believe in celebrating women’s accomplishments and creating a culture of inclusion and respect. This is why we hosted a lunch for International Women’s Day event on March 8th.
The event was a chance for us to recognise the hard work and dedication of all the women in our organisation, as well as celebrate their achievements. We invited the entire business to join us in recognising this important day and celebrating the amazing contributions that women make every day.
It is important to recognise the individual achievements of women in our business and celebrate their successes. To do this, we decided to highlight their accomplishments with posters. By doing so, we ensured that all the women in at Mentholatum are recognised and celebrated for their efforts.
The event was attended by many inspiring women from different backgrounds and areas of the business. During the lunch event, Isabelle Harrison and Fanizah Downs led an inspiring discussion about the importance of celebrating female accomplishments and #embracingequity.
